Luckydays runs deposits and withdrawals through card processors, web wallets and mainstream e-wallets. We'll walk through what each method costs, how long the money takes and where the ceilings are.
What the operator charges and where the caps are
All deposits clear free of charge. The operator does not levy transactional fees on deposits or withdrawals.
One fee applies when play after a deposit does not reach 1× that deposit's value. If you request a withdrawal before your bets total at least the deposit amount, the casino reserves the right to charge the costs of processing both the deposit and the withdrawal.
Dormant accounts — inactive for 12 months continuously — are charged an administrative fee of £5 per month.
| Limit type | Value |
|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | £20 (€20 or equivalent) |
| Minimum withdrawal | £20 (€20 or equivalent) |
| Maximum withdrawal (daily) | £4,000 (€4,000 or equivalent) |
| Maximum withdrawal (weekly) | £16,000 (€16,000 or equivalent) |
| Maximum withdrawal (monthly) | £50,000 (€50,000 or equivalent) |
These caps apply to standard accounts. Players at higher VIP levels may receive exceptions to the monthly ceiling. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full, regardless of the standard limits.
Accounts with an active self-exclusion period are held to the same withdrawal caps as standard accounts.
The money out, and how long that really takes
Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, provided your account is verified. Once processed, delivery depends on the payment route.
Bank transfers and card credits can take up to 5 banking days from the point the operator releases the payment. E-wallets clear faster — usually within 1–2 business days — but both sides still depend on the intermediary's own schedule.
Verification before a first payout adds time. If documents are needed, the operator aims to review them within 24 hours of submission. Requesting a withdrawal on a Friday evening and expecting the money in your account on Saturday is unrealistic: weekends are not banking days.
Steps to request a payout
- Log in and open the cashier.
- Select the withdrawal method — usually the same route you used to deposit.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw, within the daily, weekly and monthly caps listed above.
- Confirm the request. Before your first withdrawal, expect to be asked for identity documents.
The money in
Deposits are credited instantly in most cases. The operator accepts VISA and MasterCard, alongside Skrill, NETELLER and Apple Pay.
Minimum deposit is £20 or the equivalent in your chosen currency. Maximum deposit varies by method — card limits sit higher than e-wallet ceilings as a rule, but the operator does not publish specific figures for each route.
Methods and their trade-offs
The available routes cover cards, web wallets and mainstream e-wallets. VISA and MasterCard work in both directions — fund the account and receive payouts on the same card. Skrill and NETELLER behave the same way.
Apple Pay is a funding method only. Deposits made through it clear instantly, but withdrawals return by card or bank transfer, not through Apple Pay itself.
Prepaid vouchers, where offered, follow the same pattern: money goes in quickly; payouts come back by a different route entirely. If you funded the account by paysafecard or a similar voucher, expect the withdrawal to settle by card or e-wallet instead.
Proving who you are
The operator checks identity before processing a first withdrawal. Players can verify their account early by logging in, going to Settings, clicking the Verify tab and following the instructions there.
Documents typically requested: photo ID, proof of address and a payment-method confirmation. The administration reserves the right to call the phone number you provided as part of this process.
If the verification call is not completed within two weeks, the account is permanently closed and any winnings are confiscated. This is stated policy, not a rare enforcement.
The operator also reserves the right to hold a withdrawal while completing identity checks. Payouts are not released until the verification is resolved.
When a payout is late or refused
Delayed or declined withdrawals usually come down to incomplete verification, a breach of bonus terms, or a payment-method issue on the intermediary's side.
The operator's support team at [email protected] is the only route that can investigate your specific case. Have ready: the approximate date you requested the withdrawal, the amount, and the method you selected. Screenshots of any error messages help.
Third-party payments are not accepted. Deposits must come from an account registered in your own name. Violating this results in confiscated winnings, which is why verification exists in the first place.
