Luckydays runs in any modern mobile browser — Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge — without requiring a download. You sign in with the same account you use on desktop, and the games, cashier and support tools all load on a smaller screen.
Our mobile site adjusts to fit a phone or tablet display. The main navigation collapses into a menu icon, game thumbnails scale down, and the cashier opens in a layered interface rather than a sidebar. You can deposit, withdraw, check bonus progress and reach support from the same device.
What follows covers how to reach us from a phone, what you can do once you are in, where mobile falls short, and what to check before a session on a device that stays in your pocket all day. 18+. Before you play on mobile
Three things to settle before you open a game on your phone:
- Make sure you are on a stable connection — mobile data or WiFi. A dropped connection mid-spin does not void the round, but it leaves you waiting for the result when the signal returns.
- Check the address bar shows luckydays-kasino.fi or the operator's own domain. Phishing sites copy layouts, and a small screen makes spotting them harder.
- Set your deposit and loss limits from the account settings before you start. A phone makes impulse deposits easier than a desktop does, and the limits apply across both.
If you share the device with anyone, sign out after every session. Browser autofill can put your password into someone else's hands on a shared phone.
How access works here
We do not publish a native iOS or Android app. You reach Luckydays by typing the site address into your phone's browser, exactly as you would on a laptop.
The process, step by step:
- Open Safari, Chrome or your usual mobile browser.
- Navigate to the operator's own domain or tap a saved bookmark.
- Sign in with your existing username and password — the same credentials you use on desktop.
- Grant browser permissions if prompted (location services for geofencing, notifications if you want bonus alerts). These are optional, and refusing them does not lock you out.
- The lobby loads with the same game library, cashier and support tools as the desktop site.
Your account syncs automatically. A deposit made on your phone shows in your desktop balance, and a bonus claimed on one device carries over to the other.
To save a step next time, add the site to your home screen using the browser's "Add to Home Screen" option. This creates a shortcut that opens the site in a standalone window, without the browser's address bar taking up screen space.
The cashier and support on a phone
The cashier on mobile works the same way it does on desktop, with the same payment methods and limits. You can deposit using VISA, MasterCard, Skrill, NETELLER or Apple Pay, and withdraw to the same cards and wallets. The minimum deposit is €20, and the minimum withdrawal is also €20.
| Action | Timing |
|---|---|
| Deposit | Usually instant |
| Withdrawal processing | Within 24 hours (verified account) |
| Withdrawal arrival | Up to 5 banking days after processing |
Apple Pay works only from Safari on iOS. Other browsers on an iPhone cannot access it, so if you want to use that method, stick to Safari.
Live Chat and email support both load on mobile. Tap the support icon (usually bottom-right), and the chat window opens over the game screen. Email reaches [email protected], and you can copy-paste your account details from the settings page rather than typing them out on a small keyboard.
Identity verification from your phone
You can complete verification on a mobile device. The process requires a photo ID and proof of address — a passport or driving licence, and a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
Upload them through the settings menu: log in, tap your profile icon, select "Verify", and follow the prompts to photograph or upload the documents. We aim to verify accounts within 24 hours. The operator may call the phone number you provided as part of the check, and if you do not complete the call within two weeks, the account is closed and any winnings are forfeited.
What a player can actually do from a phone
The mobile site covers most of what the desktop version does. You can browse the lobby by category — slots, jackpots, live casino, game shows, blackjack, baccarat, roulette, poker — and filter by provider. The search bar works the same way, and recently played games appear at the top of the lobby.
Games load in full-screen mode once you tap them. Slots and table games scale to fit a vertical display, with controls along the bottom edge — spin, bet size, autoplay, paytable. Live dealer tables rotate the video feed to landscape when you turn the device sideways, which gives you a larger view of the table and the dealer.
You can claim bonuses from the mobile cashier. The welcome offer — whether it is the Ontario Loonie Luck deposit-and-spins package or the general deposit bonus — appears in the promotions tab once you are logged in. Wagering requirements apply identically on mobile and desktop: bonus money expires after 30 days, and the maximum bet while a bonus is active is €5, including Bonus Buy features.
The Lucky Rewards Wheel appears as a pop-up when you log in on mobile, the same way it does on desktop. Spin it daily for a chance at wager-free spins on selected slots. Prizes expire at 23:59 on the day you win them, so use them the same session if you claim one.
What gets cramped on a small screen
Three areas where mobile is worse than desktop:
Game browsing takes longer. The lobby shows four or five thumbnails at a time on a phone, compared with twelve to twenty on a laptop. Scrolling through a library of several thousand games means more time swiping and less time playing. The search and filter tools help, but they take an extra tap to open on mobile.
Live dealer tables lose detail. The video stream scales down to fit a phone screen, and card suits, chip denominations and side-bet options are harder to see. Landscape mode improves it, but a 6-inch display will never match a 15-inch one for a game that depends on reading the table clearly.
Multi-tabling is not practical. Desktop players can run several live tables or slots side by side. On mobile you can open only one game at a time, and switching between them reloads each one from scratch. If you like to cover multiple roulette numbers or compare payout rates across slots in real time, a phone will not do it.
Battery, connection and session length
Games drain your battery faster than browsing or messaging does. A slot session with sound and animation on can pull 15-20% charge per hour on an older phone. Live dealer streams use more — expect 25-30% per hour. Dimming the screen, closing background apps and switching to WiFi all help stretch it.
Mobile data works, but it uses roughly 50-100 MB per hour for slots and 150-200 MB per hour for live games. If your plan has a cap, WiFi is the safer choice for a long session.
The responsible gambling tools we offer work the same way on mobile. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, session time limits, and take a break for 24 hours, one week, one month, two months or three months. All of these are controlled from the account settings, and they apply whether you play on a phone or a desktop.
A phone stays in your pocket all day, which makes it easier to play on impulse than a laptop you need to open and boot up. The self-assessment tool under responsible gaming asks a short set of questions about your play — frequency, spend, whether you chase losses. Run through it once a month, and take the answers seriously if the pattern shifts.
Access to this site is restricted to persons aged 18 and over (18+). If gambling ever stops feeling like entertainment, free and confidential support is available at BeGambleAware.org or by calling the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.
